What affects your price
Stay duration
The longer you stay, the lower your nightly rate. A 3-month booking can cost up to 30% less per night than a 1-week stay.
Location & area
Meydan and JVC offer excellent value compared to Downtown or Marina, without sacrificing quality or access.
Season & demand
Major Dubai events and peak winter months (Nov–Mar) carry higher demand. Spring and summer often offer better rates.
Apartment size
Studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom options are priced separately choose based on your space needs and budget.
Pricing Questions, Answered.
Do prices include the security deposit?
No. The security deposit is separate from your stay cost and is fully refundable, minus any documented damages, within [X] working days of checkout. The exact deposit amount is confirmed before booking and depends on the property and stay length.
Is the Dubai Tourism Dirham fee included in the nightly rate?
No, it is shown separately. The Tourism Dirham fee is a government-mandated charge of AED 15 per bedroom per night, applied to all licensed short-term rentals across Dubai not a Pera fee.
Can I negotiate the price for a longer stay?
Yes. Stays of 1 month or longer automatically qualify for a 10–20% long-stay discount, and Petra can discuss further flexibility for stays of 3 months or more particularly for upfront payment.
What happens if I need to extend my stay?
Subject to availability, you can extend at any time. Long-stay guests get priority on lease extensions, and your rate may improve further if you move into a longer-duration pricing tier.
Do you offer corporate or company invoicing?
Yes. Pera provides formal company invoices and signed rental agreements for corporate bookings, with documentation available in English and German on request.
Is housekeeping included in the price, or is it extra?
Weekly housekeeping is included as standard in every stay tier. Daily housekeeping, deep cleans, and laundry services are available as paid add-ons, quoted transparently before scheduling.
Why do prices vary between properties of a similar size?
Price differences usually reflect location (Meydan vs JVC), floor level, view, building amenities, and furnishing quality. Every listing shows the specific features that determine its rate.
What currency are prices shown in, and can I pay in Euros?
All official pricing and contracts are in AED (UAE Dirham). EUR equivalents shown on this page are estimates only. Payment is typically made in AED via bank transfer, though Petra can advise on the best payment method for international guests.
